Zumba- Our Zumba class is like no other and it's FREE!! Our high energy instructors mix traditional Zumba choreography with modern funky moves so you never get bored! Zumba is one of the best cardio classes to shed that unwanted weight and increase stamina. We can’t wait to have you shuffle, grind and salsa with us!!
Retro Cardio- This class is full of fun throwback jams and classic aerobics! Upbeat cardio dance routines will “Rock with You” all night and take you right back to “Funky Town”!!! Music and moves so good you’ll be begging for more!!!! Leg warmers and sweat bands optional!
Bellydance- We believe that all women are beautiful, especially when they belly dance! This ancient form of dance will work muscles you didn’t know existed! From muscle control to poppin those hips, our Fusion class will show you all the moves you need to shimmy and shake it like a bellydance goddess while getting an amazing workout! All levels are welcome!
Chair Dance- Chair dance is trending everywhere for obvious reasons! Chair dance is low impact and can be done in heels. Mixing classic burlesque and modern dance to create a fusion of sexy! From hairflips to hip sways this class is sure to give you a new use for that old chair at home!!
Hair & Heels- Get ready to whip your hair and drop that booty in this ultimate High Heel Choreography Class! Learn Pirouettes, kicks, slides, drops, floorwork and more in your heels! No heels? No problem! You can dance however you feel comfortable! All levels are welcome!
Twerkout- Join us for a booty shaking good time with our Twerk Professional Anthony! This class focuses on your thighs, buns and abs helping you tone your lower body. You do not need experience to twerk with us :) *This class is 18 and up due to the graphic and provocative nature of the class and music played during.
Strip Cardio- This one’s gonna hurt! One of a kind high heel aerobics mixed with exotic dance moves! This is a full body quick tone class, speeding up those results by repetitive motion matching the beat of your favorite songs. This class is a great stamina builder and supplement to your fitness program. Shoes are optional and all levels are welcome.
-Strength & Flexibility-
Sexy Flexy- Stretching is the new “hot” workout. In this intense 45 minute active Flexibility class (focusing on your hips, legs and back) you will go through a series of exercises and stretches similar to Piyo mixed with Exotic dance moves designed to improve flexibility and movement. This is a great class for anyone looking to improve their flexibility and control with fluid movements. All levels are welcome.
Handstands & Flexibility- In this class we combined correct technique and strength building to help you achieve the perfect Handstand, Elbow Stand, Backbend and Balance moves as well as intense stretching specific to Pole and Aerial moves. You can share your progress with other students by joining our #katwalkhandtandchallenge on Instagram. You do not need any Handstand or stretching experience to attend this class.
