Twerk Cardio

This ass kicking class is 45 minutes of Cardio and Booty Control. It’s unlike any cardio class you’ve taken before!! Tone your body while shaking that booty to the best variety of music picked to keep you pumped! This is an all levels class!

Rage Barre

Need to tone your body while getting your frustrations out? We all do!! This 45 minute Barre class will help you “exercise your demons” with an all Metal playlist and low impact toning exercises. The only thing more intense than this class is the Music! This is an all level class! (It’s like Strip Cardio mixed with Ballet conditioning set to Heavy Metal)

Bring socks for the floor core section of this class!

Retro Cardio

Our upbeat cardio dance routines will “Rock with You” all night and take you right back to “Funky Town”!!! This 45 minute Cardio dance class is full of fun dance moves, booty and ab work and the music is so good you’ll be begging for more!!!! Leg warmers and sweat bands optional 😉

Meow Mix

This unique and high energy mix of Cardio and Sexy Chair dance is purrrrrrfect for all fitness levels! Bring out your inner Diva and get Down with your Bad Self to our saucey playlist. Work your entire body while having fun! Our dance cardio classes are all level friendly and not complicated and fast like mainstream classes ;)

Strip Cardio

This one’s gonna hurt! One of a kind high heel exotic dancer aerobics! This is a full body quick tone class, speeding up those results by repetitive motion matching the beat of your favorite songs. If you want a dancer’s body, you gotta train like one! All levels welcome, but if you need to walk or sit down the next day you may want to try something easier! Heels are optional.

Cardio Queens

Get your Cardio on like the Queen you are! This dance cardio class combines A variety of traditional and modern dance cardio styles (like Zumba and Hiphop) to give you a crazy fun workout! This class is beginner friendly!

Belly Dance

We believe that all women are beautiful, especially when they belly dance! We have taken this ancient form of dance and turned it into a cardio fitness class that will work muscles you didn’t know existed! From muscle control to poppin those hips, we can show you all the moves to leave you feeling like an exotic goddess!

Exotic Chair Dance

Chair dance is trending everywhere for obvious reasons! Chair dance is low impact and can be done in heels. Mixing classic burlesque and modern Exotic dance to create a fusion of sexy! From hair flips to hip sways this class is sure to give you a new use for that old chair at home!!

Sexy Flexy & Handstands

We have combined Handstands & Sexy Flexy! This intense active Flexibility and Stretch class focuses on your hips, legs and back. Stretches are specific to Pole and Aerial. This is a great class for anyone looking to improve their flexibility and control with fluid movements. All levels are welcome. After the stretch comes the Strength building using correct technique and drills to help you achieve the perfect Handstand, Elbow Stand, Backbend and Balance moves. You can share your progress with other students by joining our #katwalkhandstandchallenge on GroupMe You do not need any Handstand or stretching experience to attend this class. This class is an hour and a half long.
