Who’s ready to up their Spin Pole game?! This workshop will include inverts, thigh holds and backwards moves, including some signature Pole Kat combos. This is a spinning pole workshop but if you are not a spin fan and have the required moves, you are welcome to attend on a stationary pole.

-You must have your invert, aerial V lift and basic leg hangs to join this workshop.

This 2 hour workshop focuses on fluidity, empowerment and intention behind pole choreography. We will cover a variety of low flow Spins, Glides and pirouettes incorporating fundamental ballet and contemporary movement in heels.
Find your individuality in the music while enhancing your technique on and off the pole.
